Tomasz Zdzikot - Członek Rady ds. Bezpieczeństwa i Obronności w ramach Narodowej Rady Rozwoju przy Prezydencie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, Przewodniczący Zespołu Doradców Społecznych Ministra Obrony Narodowej ds. Cyberbezpieczeństwa, od 2022 roku Prezes Zarządu KGHM Miedź S.A. W latach 2015 – 2017 Podsekretarz Stanu w Ministerstwie Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji. W latach 2017-2018 Sekretarz Stanu w Ministerstwie Spraw Wewnętrznych i Administracji oraz Pełnomocnik Rządu ds. Przygotowania Organów Administracji Rządowej do Współpracy z Systemem Informacyjnym Schengen i Wizowym Systemem Informacyjnym. W latach 2018 - 2020 Sekretarz Stanu w Ministerstwie Obrony Narodowej, gdzie pełnił też funkcję Pełnomocnika MON do spraw Bezpieczeństwa Cyberprzestrzeni. W latach 2020 – 2022 Prezes Zarządu Poczty Polskiej S.A. Jest radcą prawnym, absolwentem Wydziału Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Kardynała Stefana Wyszyńskiego w Warszawie oraz studiów doktoranckich w Instytucie Nauk Prawnych Polskiej Akademii Nauk. Ukończył studia MBA w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa na Wydziale Cybernetyki Wojskowej Akademii Technicznej im. Jarosława Dąbrowskiego w Warszawie oraz Studia Podyplomowe Cyberbezpieczeństwo na Wydziale Dowodzenia i Operacji Morskich Akademii Marynarki Wojennej im. Bohaterów Westerplatte w Gdyni. Ukończył także program Top Public Executive organizowany przez IESE Business School w Barcelonie i Krajową Szkołę Administracji Publicznej im. Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej Lecha Kaczyńskiego oraz Wyższy Kurs Obronny w Akademii Obrony Narodowej. Szkolił się także m.in. w NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence w Tallinie. Tomasz Zdzikot - Member of the Security and Defense Council within the National Development Council by the President of the Republic of Poland, Chairman of the Team of Social Advisors to the Minister of Defense on Cyber Security, from 2022 President & CEO of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.. From 2015 to 2017 Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Interior and Administration. From 2017 to 2018, Secretary of State in the Ministry of Interior and Administration and Government Plenipotentiary for the Preparation of Governmental Administrative Agencies for Cooperation with the the Schengen Information System and the Visa Information System. From 2018 to 2020, he was Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence, where he also served as the MON Plenipotentiary for Cybersecurity. From 2020 to 2022 President of the Management Board of Poczta Polska S.A. He is a legal advisor, he graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and completed doctoral studies at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He completed MBA studies in Cyber Security at the Faculty of Cybernetics of Jaroslaw Dabrowski Military University of Technology in Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Cyber Security at the Faculty of Command and Maritime Operations of Naval Academy in Gdynia. He also completed the Top Public Executive program organized by IESE Business School in Barcelona and the President of the Republic of Poland Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration, as well as the Higher Defence Course at the National Defence Academy. He also trained at the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defence Centre of Excellence in Tallinn, among others.
